Celebrate by Del Webb is a beautiful over-55 community located on the outskirts of Fredericksburg, VA.  We are minutes away from the quaint, centuries-old downtown area as well as modern shopping and dining experiences nearby—we have it all at our fingertips!  Centrally located about an hour from historic state capital Richmond to the south and the nation’s capital, Washington, DC to the north, Celebrate offers a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone’s tastes.

Our community has multiple amenities for residents to enjoy. We have tennis and pickleball courts, workout and yoga classes, a full gym with a walking track, maintained outdoor wooded hiking trails, and more.  At our 30,000-square-foot Riverside Lodge you can take a dip in the indoor or outdoor salt-water pools or hot tub, play games and borrow a book in the library, socialize in the bar and billiard room or on our expansive patios, and cook out at our community grills.  See our Amenities and Activities pages for more details!
